• Know your position at all times, including early and after hours trading
• Know the status of your account: liquidating value, margin, buying power, etc.
• Advise JITNEYTRADE ASAP of any problem: trading, positions, technical, etc.
• Declare your insider status (if applicable)

• Respect the Universal Market Integrity Rules and Policies (www.rs.ca under UMIR)

More specifically : Manipulative and Deceptive Activities, where you are:

• Making a fictitious trade
• Trading with no change of beneficial ownership
• Buying with the intention of selling at a price which is below the price of the last sale

And False or Misleading Appearance of Trading Activity or Artificial Price, where you are:

• Fixing trading (pre-arranged trades)
• Buying (or sending buy orders) to intentionally create higher prices
• Selling (or sending sell orders) to intentionally create lower prices
• Entering an order or series of orders (buy or sell) to influence the opening or closing prices, last sale, bids or offers)
• Entering an order or series of orders that are not intended to be executed
• Canceling orders just before the open or the close

Not respecting these Rules and Policies may lead to disciplinary measures and result in the closing of the account.
